January 30, 2007 was the date when the International Banking Institute was for the first time conferred two certificates by the “Test-St.Petersburg, Ltd”, the Certification Body for the System of Quality:

• Certificate of Compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000) No. 07334 as of 30.01.2007 (valid till 30.01.2010)
• International Certificate of Compliance with standard ISO 9001:2000, registration number RU-08486 as of 30.01.2007 (valid till 30.01.2010)

On February 26, 2010 the Certification Body for the Systems of Quality “Test-St.Petersburg, Ltd” on completion the re-certification procedure conferred to the IBI three certificates, each for 3 year validity:

• The Certificate of compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008), registration number ROSS RU.ISO 9.K 00914 as of 29.01.2010 (valid till 29.01.2013)
• International Certificate of Compliance with standard ISO 9001:2008, registration number RU-Q00914 as of 29.01.2010 (valid till 29.01.2013)
• Certificate of Compliance with the requirements of the standard ISO 9001-2008 , No 02013 as of 29.01.2010 (valid till 29.01.2013)

The certificates confirm that the Institute’s Quality Management System (QMS) embracing the educational activities implementing the programmes of higher, post-graduate and further professional education, of secondary (full), general and professional education, of re-training and qualification upgrading fully conforms with the requirements of the above standards, including the fundamental and applied scientific research and consultancy work.
