International Youth Banking Forum:
“Modern bank system: present situation, challenges
and development trends”

We welcome young bank staff and students to discuss the actual problems in banking

Internet Forum is organized on-line on the web-site of the International Banking Institute. Access to Internet Forum becomes available on November 2, 2009 at 10.00 a.m. (Central European time). Forum’s language is English.

The forum includes two stages:

Stage 1: November 2 – 16, 2009 – Internet Forum
Stage 2: November 25, 2009 – Forum Apotheosis

The main subjects of the Forum:

• Russian Banking System: Present Situation, Basic Trends, Post-Crisis Development
• Foreign Banks: Tactful Guests or Cruel Invaders
• Where to Invest During Crisis?
• Young Professionals: the Possibility of Getting a Job And Future Career Development
• Customers’ Attitude Towards Banks And Banking Services

Students and graduates of EBTN member institutes are given a priority in joining Forum Apotheosis.

The Agenda of Apotheosis forum is formed upon the results of Internet Forum. Apotheosis is held in IBI (St.Petersburg) and is transmitted via Internet on IBI’s web site. Participants from other countries and regions of the Russian Federation can deliver their reports via video conference.

Forum participants can register on our web-site eos.ibi.spb.ru as of October 26, 2009.

Publication: “International Youth Banking Forum Materials” will include Forum Apotheosis reports and selected pages from Internet Forum.
